Wake Me is a destination alarm. You pick a stop and a wake-up distance; the app watches your position and rings an alarm when you get close. This page explains exactly what happens to your data. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no advertising in the app.

Wake Me requests location access, including background location (“Allow all the time”). Background access is what lets the alarm work while your phone is locked in your pocket and the app is not on screen — which is the entire purpose of the app. You are asked for it explicitly, and the app works in the foreground if you decline.
The alarm decision is made entirely on your device. Your distance to your destination is computed locally. We operate no servers, we have no account system, and your continuous location trail is never uploaded to us, stored by us, or sold or shared with anyone for advertising or analytics.
However, some features send coordinates to third-party map services to answer a request. We want to be precise about this rather than claim your location never leaves the device:

These requests carry no account, no device identifier, and no name — they are anonymous one-off lookups, and each service handles them under its own privacy policy and fair-use terms. All of them are sent over HTTPS.
Location data is never used for advertising purposes.
Your saved places, recent destinations, and app settings (theme, alarm sound, wake-up distance, vibration) are stored locally on your phone only. They are not backed up to us or synced anywhere. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it.
No name, email, phone number, contacts, photos, files, or device identifiers. No analytics or crash-reporting SDK. No advertising SDK. No tracking across apps or websites.
Wake Me is a general-purpose travel utility and is not directed at children.
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to export or delete on request. You can revoke location permission at any time in Android Settings (the alarm will stop working), and uninstalling removes everything the app stored locally.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new “last updated” date. Material changes to what data is sent will also be noted in the app’s release notes.
